I am confident this doesn’t sound new to most of us, yet many people still struggle to understand its significance, especially when faced with challenges.
Positive affirmation works. It is most important to combat negativity and low self- esteem. I mean, you consciously choosing words that will either help eliminate negative energy, build up self-belief in the subconscious mind, inspire you, motivate you to be better and help to overcome inner barriers and self-doubt.
Hence, when things look bad, or when I feel overwhelmed, stressed and frustrated with any challenge, I like to look myself in the mirror while I speak to the “struggling Mandy.” I address the current situation, or whatever the challenge may be. I encourage and motivate myself with positive affirmative words like;
I am strong and courageous.
I am a blessing to my generation.
I can do it.
I believe in my skills and abilities.
I am not weak; I am powerful.
I know my worth and value.
I am not ordinary, I am remarkable.
I can overcome any challenge.
I am not a failure; I am victorious.
Giving up is never an option.
These are some positive affirmations I have worked with over the years, and trust me; they help boost my energy during its downtimes. They have also served as motivation for me to remain consistent and persistent.
