It’s Thanksgiving, my Canadian readers! Let me start by saying I am very thankful I don’t have to work for four days straight. Never a better feeling, lol!
Okay, let’s get serious; sometimes, it’s easier to focus on what we don’t have rather than what we do have. It’s Thanksgiving season; take advantage of it to reminisce on how far you have come in life. Take some time to reflect on how faithful God has been to you and your family. Remember the little and big wins, and even for the breath of fresh air. It’s nice to pause and take time to appreciate God for all his good deeds in your life and that of your family.
I must confess 2021 has been good to me; I have experienced success and unmerited favour in all my endeavours. Indeed God has been faithful. I am thankful for my lovely family, fantastic friends, and healthy relationships that have helped me grow to become a better person.
I am grateful for extraordinary opportunities, my job and the Place I call home. I am very thankful for access to good healthcare. I am grateful to God for always fulfilling every need of mine according to his riches in glory.
I also want to thank Myself for remaining steadfast in my goals and dream. I want to appreciate “Me” for never giving up. Most importantly, I am grateful for the woman that I am becoming.
What are you thankful for?
