Do you feel things are not going the way you expect them to? Do you think your hard work and effort are not amounting to anything? Do you think holding on to hope isn’t enough anymore? Alternatively, are you done holding on to hope? Well, you are not alone. This week on two different occasions, I experience situations rub my problems to my face, and I couldn’t do anything but believe that all is well, and all will be well.
There are thousands of people out there who feel this way. There are thousands of people going through one struggle or the other. Life can be frustrating, trust me I know. However, don’t let your problems bring you down, regardless of what you go through. Instead, find a reason to be grateful because we have more than a thousand and one reasons to be thankful to God. Think about it; you are alive, strong, healthy, vibrant, name it.
Well, today’s blog post is for everyone going through pain, challenge, or struggle. Instead of boiling in that space of your battle why not take the time to appreciate God for his grace and your life. I believe this is not the first time I’m writing on gratitude, but we all know it is essential. It is one of the essentialities of life.
Gratitude can help you through hard times. In the face of brokenness, gratitude has the power to heal. In the face of despair, it has the potential to bring hope. In other words, it can help us cope with hard times. Gratitude provides a perspective from which we can view life in its entirety and not be overwhelmed by temporary circumstances. Yes, this perspective is hard to achieve, but from my experience, it is worth the effort.
I would like you to know that gratitude is one of the most potent sources of inspiration that any person can tap into if they stop and pay attention to the simplistic beauty and miracle of life. Quit dwelling on the weight of your problems. Why not be grateful for all you have, where you are today and the great things that await you in the future ahead. I hope you get the message! Stay positive. Have a lovely day!
