A reminder of life’s frailty

Regardless of who we are on earth, what we do, how we live, what we possess, one thing is sure; we shall all die one day, someday. The only thing left unknown is ‘when.’ This seems pretty intense, right! But sadly, this is reality.

On Monday, Sept. 21st, I lost a fantastic Pastor. We probably didn’t get to know ourselves long enough, but one thing I know for sure is he did impact my life in such a short time. His prayers for me meant so much.

His death made me realize that life is short. We can only live for today, relive yesterday and hope that tomorrow brings better experience if we get to see it. So, I want to use this opportunity to encourage you reading today’s post. Live life to the fullest but make sure your impact on earth is worth remembering if you are no more. Be kind to people around you, spread positivity and show love. Forgive and forget, live and laugh. Make meaningful memories for yourself and for everyone you get to share life with. This is because not everyone we get to see today will be a part of tomorrow, and it’s a fact we have to learn to accept regardless of how painful it might be.

I hope today’s blog post didn’t scare you. Remember, though we have today guaranteed, tomorrow isn’t certain.
