A little food for thought

Hello, my fantastic reader! Hope you are doing great! Am doing super fine. This week has been fabulous so far; I thank God.

Anyways, today I would like to discuss the importance of our life investments, in other words, the seeds we sow. Recently, I had an in-depth conversation with one of my mentors, who stressed on the fact that knowingly and unknowingly our action, interaction in life, as well as our hard work, playoff as an investment for our future. Okay! Give me a chance to break this down.

The principle of sowing and reaping do not only apply to farmers but us as well. We all should understand that each one of us is a sower. We sow seeds every day either in our own lives or the lives of others. We plant seeds physically, emotionally, spiritually and mentally.

Every seed that we sow brings its harvest; it could either be for good or bad. The seed that we sow as humans will fall into the soil of another’s heart. Now, this is where it gets vital! It will flourish, develop and convey to fulfillment what was planted by us, the sower. That is the reason we should be aware of what we say and do to others. It works just like karma, what goes around definitely comes around.

It is also popularly said that the way you lay your bed so might you sleep on it.” Everything that you do has repercussions. It returns to you somehow. You cannot escape the consequences of your actions. Don’t ever be fooled into thinking that your actions don’t have effects or consequences. It is shrewd to recollect and continuously remember that what you plant currently determines what we will reap later

This message goes to every one of us. Take it or leave it. We need to wake up and face the truth about life. The seeds we sow or perhaps our deeds and investments today could either stand as a blessing to our future or a curse.

Kindly share your thoughts, let me know what you think. Have a blessed weekend.
